Barbieri Rubber rubber pads are rubber components for support, protection and shock absorption applications. The family includes pads for car lifts, protective pads, stop buffers, damping pads, bumpers and equipment supports. They are catalog rubber components, available in multiple sizes.

What rubber pads are for
Pads are used to support loads (e.g. car lift platforms under vehicle bodies), protect surfaces from impact, define end-of-stroke buffers, absorb controlled collisions and carry heavy equipment. Rubber absorbs impact energy, prevents marking on supported parts and reduces contact noise. Car lift pads come with shaped profiles to ensure grip and safety during lifting.
Available compounds
Pads are made of SBR rubber with textile insert, hardness 85 Sh-A. The textile insert improves shock and pressure resistance, ensuring stable performance over time.
Catalog standard version and custom designs
The standard pad range covers the most requested geometries: round pads, rectangular pads, cylindrical stop buffers, car lift pads. For custom geometries (dedicated profiles, specific inserts, markings, through-holes) we produce pads on drawing: at least a preliminary drawing from the customer is required. The dedicated mold is manufactured in cooperation with our trusted toolmaking partners.

Which pads to choose?
Four-post lifts use rectangular pads, available in different standard heights, designed for optimal load distribution and wear resistance. Two-post lifts use round rubber pads, ideal to absorb shocks and repeated stress.
Are car lift pads compatible with all lifts?
Standard formats cover many lifts on the market. For specific models we produce custom pads with the profile required by the lift manufacturer.
