Rubber Elastic Belts

Rubber Elastic Belts are versatile and durable solutions for quick and secure fastening in industrial applications. Thanks to their elasticity, they provide stable grip with excellent vibration and shock absorption, easily adapting to various shapes and sizes. Ideal for closing panels, covers, pipes, and cable harnesses, rubber straps offer high resistance to wear, weather conditions, and mechanical stress. Easy to install and remove, they are a practical and long-lasting choice for industrial uses, ensuring efficient and safe elastic fastening.

What rubber elastic belts are for

Rubber belts are used for fast elastic closure of doors and lids, fastening of removable frames, accessory locking during transport, tarpaulin and tipper-cover holding, and in general all applications requiring a sturdy elastic strap. The flat section spreads the holding force over a larger surface than a round elastic cord, reducing pressure points and increasing grip.

Available compounds

Standard compounds are NBR and EPDM. Larger sections and higher hardness increase the available closing force.

Catalog standard version and custom designs

The standard range of rubber belts covers the most requested lengths and widths on the B2B market, with or without fittings. For special sizes, dedicated metal fittings or special compounds we produce custom rubber belts to drawing: at least a preliminary drawing from the customer is required. The dedicated mold is built in cooperation with trusted tooling partners.
